Is it caffeine-free?
Yes. There is no caffeine in the blend, so it can be poured at any hour.
How do I steep it?
One pyramid sachet, hot water just off the boil, three to five minutes. Longer if you like it deeper.
Is it sweetened?
No sugar is added. The blend is naturally sweet from the botanicals themselves.
How many cups are in a box?
The Glow Starter holds 14 sachets and The Glow Ritual holds 21. One sachet makes one generous cup.
What is in the blend?
Whole flowers and leaves, nothing artificial, and no caffeine. The full botanical list will be published once the final blend is confirmed.
