Our promise
Write to us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Unopened boxes can be returned for a full refund. Opened boxes are handled case by case — tell us what happened and we will sort it.
Damaged in transit
Send a photo to hello@femmeglowtea.com within seven days and we will send a replacement straight away, no return needed.
